So helpful! Smooth booking process. Responsive staff on the phone and online. I had never used a cleaning service but the communication was so clear of what it consisted of and what to expect. My guests were greeted with a clean environment without burning myself out. Great experience.
I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction regarding the deep cleaning service for which I paid $600, performed in my 317 sq. ft. townhouse, with a maximum duration of 2 hours and 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the service provided did not meet the expectations associated with a deep cleaning. At the end of the service, the top of the refrigerator was still greasy, and several shelves were not properly dusted.
