New to Merry Maids out of the Lawrence office as i live in Methuen and so far so good. I have 2 lovely ladies Angie and Sophia (2 for the price of One!) they are coming once a month, and have come 3 times so far. There is a learning curve with having new cleaners (I lost my old one after 10 years), but they do anything within reason that I ask, and are courteous, always on time, respectful, and low key.
