Karen was communicative to schedule a house cleaning estimate. Unfortunately, Merry Maids did not arrive for the scheduled estimate and I missed work. Edit: Although I have text messages from Karen, they report they have no record of our communication. I am most concerned with their lack of accountability; however, I am very grateful this occurred before hiring so I can entrust a more reliable cleaning service with my home.
Although we didn’t get to use the actual cleaning service my interactions with Karen were amazing. She was so very flexible, kind and tried her hardest to accommodate the situation at hand. I will definitely be reaching out to Merry Maids in future if I ever need any cleaning services!
