We've been using Merry Maids of Lancaster for a few years and have always had a very positive experience. Gavin does a wonderful job and is always kind, helpful, and thorough. We appreciate it!
Young woman, Callie, arrived five minutes late. Cleaned for less than an hour. I left to run an errand and she was gone. She did not shut our doors either. I received a call saying that they were not going to finish the cleaning. Spoke with QC person - Elisa, and she told me there was rat poo (we have no rat poo). Spoke with manager - Gia - and they apologized. I don’t recommend using this service, as they lie, and are not there to actually help clean. Made and left rice mess on floor as well! Gavin and Callie have done a terrific job cleaning my 3,900 sq.ft home. They are friendly, courteous and efficient. No worries when they are here, I know everything will be done right!
