I don't reccomend using this service. The maids did a subpar job and the owner acted as if my complaint was unsubstantial. She told me she should have charged more for the weak job her employees performed. I found a cigarette butt in an ashtray on my balcony. So that indicates that the maid wasn't very motivated while on my premises.

I had a poor experience, and wrote a detailed review about it with one star. But I mistakenly put it on the wrong Merry Maids. A woman named Kim called me to inform me of the mistake and, due to the poor experience, waived the cleaning fee completely. I appreciated this and therefore am giving them 4 stars due to excellent customer service.
