I filled out the online form with my address, INCLUDING MY ZIP CODE, first, and waited for them to return my message. I went thru 2 days of seeing if they can do a cleaning of a new place I own that's been vacant & just needs a touch up. They give me pricing. They give me a day and time (today, Weds between 12 & 2), ask me to confirm, so I do and give them the details of how to get in on Tuesday evening. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience with MERRY MAIDS. I had been a loyal customer for over a year, but recent events have forced me to sever all ties with this dishonest and unprofessional company. Over the past few months, I noticed several items mysteriously disappearing from my home, such as sunglasses, perfume, and other valuables. They were so horrible to my husband and I and complained about everything they had to clean and they only cleaned our bathroom and charged us $75.00 to clean the bathroom. Don't ever use these people they suck
