Always loved Merry Acres but the new decor is beautiful! The old oaks, free breakfast and southern hospitality make this a definite must when visiting Albany, GA!

Stayed at Merry Acres Inn for 2 nights and had a terrible experience. The room was in poor condition—the door was barely on the hinges, floors were dirty, the bathroom vent was broken, and the coffee pot didn’t work. Parking was inconvenient (had to park far from our room), and the restaurant looked more like a storage space than a place to eat. The biggest concern was safety. I had a very disappointing experience at Merry Acres Inn. The condition of our room was unacceptable—the door was barely hanging on the hinges, the floors were filthy, and the bathroom vent was broken. Even basic amenities didn’t work, like the coffee pot. Parking was also a major issue. We couldn’t park anywhere near our room and had to park halfway across the lot, which was very inconvenient, especially with family. The staff and girls at the counter are absolutely amazing! The rooms are clean and modern. The property is clean and large. I love this place. And don't forget to eat the food is amazing!
