The absolute worst. They can't even request documents, review documents, write a letter. Won't return calls, can't call them. I was given the opportunity to get a referral for another firm, while they are telling me I should countersue and I had a really good case. Money made from a referral was more important that doing teh right thing to begin with. And they are so scared to challenge any other firm or attorney. Ms. Valerie Dance was so kind, knowledgeable and thorough about our rights as homeowners and what was expected from the builders. I understand that LegalShield provides limited, low-cost legal services and does not guarantee outcomes. No legal office does that I'm very disappointed with the level of attorneys support I received from Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso regarding a recent credit card dispute with Merrick Bank. I requested help from Legal Shield on April 9th and received a same-day response (they do consistently respond quickly). After that, the communication was poor. I understand that LegalShield provides limited, low-cost legal services and does not guarantee outcomes. I'm disappointed with the level of attorney involvement I received from Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso regarding a fraud dispute with Merrick Bank, not the outcome.
