I understand that LegalShield provides limited, low-cost legal services and does not guarantee outcomes. No legal office does that I'm very disappointed with the level of attorneys support I received from Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso regarding a recent credit card dispute with Merrick Bank. I requested help from Legal Shield on April 9th and received a same-day response (they do consistently respond quickly). After that, the communication was poor.
