Outstanding !!!! The building is beautiful and clean. I love the management . Saleemah is a great property manager she really goes above and beyond for the residents. Although she manages both buildings she stretches herself thin so she can meet the needs of all her residents in a appropiate and timely fashion. The residents enjoy her and the properties. Great property and the property manager is awesome.Ms.Saleemah goes above and beyond for the residents.She is very atttentive,respectful and full of knowledge.
I lived here for a while and my experience overall was just ok however, the trash rooms was always filthy and neighbors did not put trash down the chute instead they would just throw it on the floor continuosly. The last few years the buiding became a home for roaches. In the summertime there is a massive fly problem in the hallways. It has definitely went down hill in recent years.
We did a tour of the property. We were amazed at the layout of everything it has to offer. The Property Manager, Saleemah, cares for her residents. The property was clean. The living quarters are very lovable. I spoke with residents, and they praised the maintenance department for its upkeep. This place looks elegant and inviting.
For some reason, the drop-off circle has an unnecessary curb, which is not handicap friendly. Otherwise new building seems nice.
