Very dependable service. They came right out for a stopped up sink and leaky faucet in the kitchen. The service man, Bill, did a great job taking care of the stopped up sink and leaky faucet.
Julian and Eric took lots of time to evaluate and keep me posted on steps to solve the problem. They were courteous and helpful throughout the process.
Bill not only checked the system in a timely manner, but he explained procedures for me to easily maintain the system. He took the time to educate and was courteous and friendly.
Saying I highly recommend Merit Plumbing feels like an understatement. When a cracked pipe left us without water, they came out the same day. Julian took the time to explain everything and also found the cause of an ongoing water issue we’d been dealing with. We were close to spending a lot of money replacing our water softener, but it turned out the problem was something completely different.
