Merritt Plumbing always comes out very quickly and does great work. Very honest. Have got multiple quotes previously and they have always been the most honest and up front with all work and quotes. Can't say enough good about this company.
The men were in time and did great work. We will be calling Merritt Plumbing again when the need arises
The manager Nathan is rude and unprofessional. He wanted to charge me a service fee after the plumber said he would have them waive it. When the plumber came to my house to replaced the cartridge in the shower handle he told me that he would have them waive the service fee for that day and he would have them waive it if he had to come out again. He said he felt bad because he didn't fix my shower handle correctly. So Nathan got upset because he had to waive the service fee and said he would take it out of the plumbers payche... read more
Excellent service. They were able to come out same day and assist with a new water heater installation. Plumber was great. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.
