After 20 years of doing real estate I officially had the worst closing of my career. I get things happen but when attorneys offices don’t communicate with lenders or agents or clients something is wrong. We were set to close on a Thursday, everything signed and lenders wire and package there and approved by 2pm Thursday.By 3:30 on Friday after many calls and emails no communication and purchase not recorded. Zero response to lender or agents.
