Terrible closing experience. Just like other reviews, no lawyer present. $900 for terrible communication, even our bank commented. Call, where is my deed, mailed to the wrong address, where is my refund, again mailed to wrong address, refund for miscalculated closing cost. Where is my title insurance policy? The deed office even knows how incompetent this office is. Charged way too much. Go elsewhere.
Would NOT recommend this attorney ever to anyone. Poor communication and lousy customer service.
Really not a good place there supposed to be for you but I along with my siblings sold my dad's estate and I ended up with nothing because they took it upon themselves to pay my judgements off without giving me a option to make payment arrangements for the places I didn't know that had judgements on me and their over 10 years old each one of them how could they just take my money like that especially when the IRS never did I don't understand and some of the people I supposely owe has passed away so where is my money going to
It was an easy process and they were all very kind and helpful!
This is the second time in less than a year we used them for a closing and could not be happier with the service and personalities.
