Update: still no title insurance after 4 weeks. Terrible closing experience. Just like other reviews, no lawyer present. $900 for terrible communication, even our bank commented. Call, where is my deed, mailed to the wrong address, where is my refund, again mailed to wrong address, refund for miscalculated closing cost. Where is my title insurance policy? The deed office even knows how incompetent this office is. Charged way too much. Go elsewhere.
