I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Merritt Heating and Air. They were prompt, caring, efficient, and reasonable in price. My technician was spot on and was able to figure out the possible problem by listening to the unit over the phone (which eased my anxiety). When he arrived at the house, the problem was just as he thought, and he got right to work. A part had to be ordered, but it came in the next day, and now my heat is back on! Absolutely amazing service! We came home from a trip to find our AC not working. Merritt came out on a Saturday evening and worked in the dark to get our unit back up and running. Highly recommend!
I am now back to a working AC thanks to Gary Merritt. He is always responsive and easy to deal with. If you want AC service done right then give him a call. He is someone you can trust.
Gary is a solid HVAC professional. Like all the good ones, he has a full schedule. I had an issue with the reversing valve and he was able to tell me how to fix over the phone. Smart man!
Gary provided great service, scheduling, and price. He's a really nice person too. I would recommend him to anyone.
