Told me one cost to just check a tooth for me - then started doing scaling when I told her I needed to go out of town several times. Then sent bills overcharging and did not even show where I had already made payment. I had to get check copy from bank and send to her lawyer. Don't go here unless you, like her, just don't care. No stars but had to list one in order to post.

This is a very unsanitary dental office looks dirty I really don't under stand why it still in operation

Called to get pricing for dental work and I have never been so rudely treated. The man I spoke to not only would not give me any pricing information he laughed at me for even asking! If that's how her front office treats people then I can't imagine how she must be. Thankfully there are plenty of nice and respectable dentists to go to in roanoke.

Dr. Merritt is a very caring dentist as well as an individual. She is easy to get an appointment with and will work around your schedule. I feel you get quality service at a very affordable price.
