My partner had a 45 pound weight fall on their foot from chest height. They told staff what happened and they were directed to the front desk for some ice. No one offered any form of assistance, and the event was not documented. To make matters even better, David Hannibal read and ignored the email I sent. Gross negligence and lack of human empathy. I still can't comprehend how there are no steps of procedure to handle a injury on premise. However, what is there to expect from a General Manager that ignores emails.

Love this place! Great variety of classes, beautiful bathroom and shower area. 3 levels of workout equipment
The staff here are really friendly, but unfortunately, that’s where the good part ends. The free Wi-Fi exists, but it never actually works. The check-in tracking app is a mess—no matter how many times I come in, it only counts a few visits per month. I’ve mentioned these issues to the front desk multiple times, but nothing ever gets fixed. They listen, but that’s about it.
