very timely and exellent service
The technician, John did a great job for condo’s fan coil actuator and thermostat replacement and he explained kindly to me. I am happy now it is working efficiently
I have Merrit over to check my AC not cooling properly, unfortunately they could only adjust the vents blades and charged hundreds of dollars for such short visit. Once I called the office to negotiate, they disregarded it and even hanged up the phone on me with excuses of others priority services to be done.
No quote provided for services and minimal charges were not disclosed either. Once the technician arrived with only few minutes checking our AC we were told that nothing much to do to fix it as he blamed on engineering design and instead a quotation he handle a bill charging hundreds of dollars for a visit with no service executed. If you have to call them better have costs upfront or you might end up paying a high bill for nothing.
