Excellent service! I received a 'heads up' call from the technician a half-hour before arrival. Arrived as scheduled. Worked cleanly and efficiently and fixed my issue. Najme was very cordial and professional. Will surely use Merrit again when needed.
Just got Merrit for the insulation replacement, Patrick did a really good job. He is really nice and talented! Will definitely find them again!
The service engineer is very knowledgeable, professional and customer-passionate as well. Everything is done to my satisfaction.
I had scheduled my condo ERV system for it's annual cleaning (2nd time using their services) but after the service was completed realized when using the wall timer the ERV fan did not increase in speed as it normally does. I emailed Merrit to advise of the problem and their Office Manager Ms. Lu immediately replied back and schedueld a follow-up visit the following week to resolve the problem. Responsive, professional and accomodating. Tim, the technician that was sent to our residence identified the issue and replaced the motor on our Fan-coil system in under an hour. Great service top to bottom. Thank you Tim.
