Lu and her team have been wonderful to work with. Sorting out and solving heating/cooling related issues in a timely manner for over 5 years now. I would highly recommend them!

Merrit services my friend's condo HVAC. After getting unhelpful and rude service from my condo's HVAC servicer, I contacted Merrit. I received very professional phone and in person service. Please note that having No Ac at the height of the heat wave in July was not fun. When I explained that I was having a visitor from abroad in 2 days, I was provided with service the next day. I would use this company again if I have problems with my AC or heating.
So the business relationship I've had with Merrit was overall a positive one. There were some minor issues getting ahold of them initially for the appointment, and getting a timeline for replacement was a bit difficult for them to convey. However they did make pretty close to their initial 5-week window from order so I'll give them that, just communication when calling to book, and timing on replacement could be better (email your customers when you are at the initial window expectation instead of the other way around) Now I... read more
