Do not buy an actuator from this company. This company is unethical and stole from me. My actuator was defective and they came to reinstall with a part that created a rattling sound every single time the system came on. I went from have a silent unit to one that was unbearable to have on. When I called them back and explained the situation, they told me there was nothing I could do and I had to live with it.
