We had an issue with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan after a vent cleaning. Merrit Building Solutions responded promptly to our request to look into the noisy fan. They sent their technician, Patrick and he quickly figured out the solution and the fan is now much quieter. Thanks for the speedy and professional resolution to our issue.

very timely and exellent service
The technician, John did a great job for condo’s fan coil actuator and thermostat replacement and he explained kindly to me. I am happy now it is working efficiently
I have Merrit over to check my AC not cooling properly, unfortunately they could only adjust the vents blades and charged hundreds of dollars for such short visit. Once I called the office to negotiate, they disregarded it and even hanged up the phone on me with excuses of others priority services to be done.
