Hands down some of the best pizza you can find in the Akron area. Owner is a super chill dude and an amazing pizza chef. Highly recommend the butchers choice pizza.
We’ve been wanting to try Merriman Valley Pizza for quite a while now, & we’re SO glad we finally did because everything was absolutely incredible. The peanut butter pie is to die for, & the cheese sticks were honestly some of the best we’ve had in a long time. Both pizzas we ordered were delicious, & every sauce we tried was genuinely good too. As the owner of a pizza food truck I enjoy getting out there and supporting local pizza shops because for small businesses like ours every bit of patronage matters. That being said I can say I've never had a bad experience here and have tried a range of offerings from their menu. I’ve been a regular here since opening and used to absolutely love the pizza, but lately, things haven't been the same. The last few orders have consistently come out overcooked, and the overall flavor profile seems to have changed. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in the kitchen or the recipe, but it’s lost that spark that made it my go-to spot. I’d love to see it get back to its original quality!
