Murder for hire.they don't care a flip about you
I am absolutely disgusted with this place. Drove over an hour for my 8:30am appointment and the place is totally empty. I finally get a hold of someone from the on call who told me the dr was on a surgery and to call Monday. When I started crying, I was hung up on. Absolutely unprofessional, already going through a hard time obviously as I’m coming to this place and the lack of communication from office staff and their on call staffs lack of empathy is just disgusting. Staff is very uneducated in billing health insurance insurances and turn away patients with insurance. They don’t call back long wait on hold. Rude people. Don’t even come to this place even if your desperate. Place is a pit.
