While I was able to have someone come out the day I had an issue with my Rinnai Tankless Hot Water heater that has been in use for 6 year two days later it is off again. They explained to me I may need a new tank and since the tank was installed in a new home the parts may be covered the labor would be $1200 and to file a claim with them would be $300.
