I just had a plumber of theirs, Niko Doucette, do some plumbing repair and I cannot say enough nice things about his work and demeanor. Have had lots of work done over the years but he took the time to inform me of what needed to be done and why it needed repair

Will never recommend this company to family or friends technician came by and told me my system needed to be replaced 5 min into looking at it told me it’s 13 years old but I found it was 6 years old along with telling me I would need a new motor of some sort and that it was 4500+ to fix it. Had my system installed last year by Merrimack Valley Plumbing I called to have a service done and have heard nothing back. While speaking to a family friend I found that the company is going out of business and has no technicians now what’s going to happen with my 5 year service contract I paid for BEWARE WHEN HIRING THIS COMPANY ITS A SINKING SHIP
