I had my Wisdom teeth extracted here 2 days ago and I am experiencing painful blisters on the back of my throat. I have called 4 times over the past 6 hours today to try and get a hold of someone about a follow up appointment. I just got my wisdom teeth removed, and let me tell you, the staff is amazing. The doctors and nurses who helped were just so kind. They had me laughing prior to the procedure, and boom, next thing you know, I was waking up. I want to thank them all so much for making me feel comfortable. They answered every question I had with care and love.
Dr Swaroop and staff were wonderful with my very anxious child. From consultation to a phone call post visit to check in, the team was patient, caring, and showed real concern for their patients.
I have a disabled child that has very limited communication. I don't have enough time and space to tell you all of the horrible reasons why I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. But we can start with the completely incompetent front end staff that is rarely at the window, and when you wait and wait, and they act like your late when really, you've been standing there for 10 min.
