These people are the worst in my opinion. They make appointments and then cancel on you.
Called to set up an appointment. The woman on the other end was a bit rude, and hard to understand. She also said they didn't need a referral, but needed to know who i was referred from. Confusing! Might be fantastic doctors here but I'll call someone else.
My Dad is a patient here, and just wanna say that Dr. Shi is an amazing person an doctor. And I must add that his spanish is incredible. So if anyone that doesn't speak English need a great urologist that speaks good Spanish Dr. Shi is the one to ask for. I also wanna thank him for the great work he does with the homeless in our community.
