They are very caring. I canceled my appointment in error. They actually called me to make sure I meant this. Which I hadn't. I ended up getting an earlier appointment that day. I got to my appointment and they gave me a detailed appointment. Really listened to me. It's refreshing for someone to listen to your concerns
Every time I have an appointment with him, they call me a week before and postpone it to a much later date because the doctor is unavailable. What is this? If you're not committed to your patients, then you shouldn't be practicing medicine. I've been waiting for this appointment for a whole year, and my condition is truly critical. Yet every time, they call me casually and say the doctor is not available.
The reviews about appointments are true. 2 days before appointment I was canceled and told they cant get me in for another 2 months.
These people are the worst in my opinion. They make appointments and then cancel on you.
Called to set up an appointment. The woman on the other end was a bit rude, and hard to understand. She also said they didn't need a referral, but needed to know who i was referred from. Confusing! Might be fantastic doctors here but I'll call someone else.
