It had been an unmitigated disaster from top to bottom with Dr Puzio from telling me I can call for test results in 15 min and then taking my number to call with results and never did, to telling me she was calling in a new prescription which was never called in, then she called and told me she changed her mind and called in a stronger version of what I was on and never did..nobody is in the same page and now I am leaving for vacation without my prescription, thank you Dr Puzio
