My family member did his ureter stent removal today, no anesthesia was used at all, very violent removal. And after he gets home he is suffering from extreme abdominal pain, he took pain killers medication but did not work at all! We called the number provided to seek support but the staff was not helpful, they said they would call back but the attitude was very poor and hangs up right away with no advice nor support at all. And there’s a great chance we need to run to the ER, cuz he’s suffering from so much pain!!!

what can i say other than find a new office to go to especially if you have past kidney and kidney stone's issues run away from this place because this place has become a joke. they do not seem to call back when they say they take 3 days just to have a CT done then another week to read it never mind put it on the portal. this place is terrible if you can look for another place. ​The final straw happened recently when I rearranged my entire work schedule to make my long-awaited appointment, only for the office to call late the afternoon before to cancel on me once again. ​While the medical care itself might be fine, the administration and scheduling are completely unreliable. Patients shouldn't have to put their lives and work on hold for an appointment that likely won't even happen. I would not recommend this office if you need reliable, timely care.
