Very disappointed in this place. They don’t know how to talk to people and don’t allow you to ask questions or return phone calls. Dr assumes he knows my son’s condition after a year without seeing him and decides to drop him as a patient very unprofessional.

this office is very unprofessional. They never give a call back!
I went to see Dr. Altman because I have 35 kidney stones. He was totally unprofessional. He told me that I only had two kidney stones that were of concern since the other ones were too small and weren't "causing a problem". He also disregarded my abnormal urinalysis and refused to give me antibiotics for what turned out to be a kidney infection. I had to get them from my nephrologist. I was told that I needed pain management for a kidney infection . If I come back it will be to see a female urologist not a male one
