Closing went well on my house, but the settlement check was made out to the buyers, not me. Instead of them issuing a new check, they crossed out the buyers names and wrote in mine with a pen. My financial institution questioned the check and still has a hold on it 7 days later. I was told it would be another 4 days. Will not use this title company when I buy a house.
Wendy went above and beyond to assist our realtor on a very difficult closing! My parents had a reverse mortgage with CeLink, and they would not work with the realtor or title company. Wendy was diligent in getting the information and finally after about three months of hassle with CeLink, she got the job done! Highly recommend Merrimack Title and Wendy.
