It seems they protect abusers, no one should be assaulted at a nursing home. Getting a report of an employee hitting a resident and sweeping it under the rug makes the management abusers too. Unacceptable, check on your relatives!!!

I've been hearing from employees that they discourage reporting abuse of residents by staff. How is it that someone sees a member of the staff hit, pull hair, and push a patient's wheelchair into the corner of a wall, and that staff member remains on the job?

They rake such wonderful care of their residents, Staff is very hardworking, I work for a nursing agency and get staffed their often

My Dad lived here for 5 years before his final journey home to God. The staff and administrators are the best of the best. They not only made my dad family, they made us family as well. It is a place of love, kindness and respect and I will be eternally grateful to all of them for that.

It's been over a year or more when I came to see the new home. I was very impressed the second I walked in the door! It feels like home. Every resident I met and spoke with said they love it, everyone is sooo nice, and a couple joked about it being the best Motel around, LOL! When I drive by it makes me think of a 'castle�' sitting high on the hilltop! It speaks, "elegance" in my opinion. I've never seen another like this.

I Live on the young adult unit , it is located on the second floor . I love being on this unit , I have many friends and we enjoy classic rock music . We love to watch movies and concerts on the lounge 60 inch TV . The staff is the best in New England . The Medical team goes above and beyond to attend to care for our needs . The Lna's are the best when , they go above and beyond to help us . They help us with our shower's , serve our meals to us and the social service team is the best , they help us any with our concerns . T... read more
