The staff here is very friendly, informative, helpful, etc... There is so much more I can say. I brought my car there to be fixed and then life happened to me in the worst possible way. They were very patient with me and I was able to eventually get my car back and it is running better than ever! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I definitely recommend going there for service!

I had a pretty bad experience here after going for 10 years now. They lost my appointment. Once they got the appointment sorted out they started the inspection but the next problem is with them calling to get approval for repair, doing the repair and then calling for additional repair they missed. Biggest issue was them telling me I need to get something fixed when I didn't. If I hadn't got a second opinion I would have been out an additional $1,200. Very disappointed to learn that Merrimack Auto is no more! I had been a happy customer in using them for years and learned the hard way when I went to make a routine appointment and couldn't find their online portal. I called and was hung up on before I could talk to a real person. When I called again and pressed 1 for their Merrimack location, a surly man took my call instead of Brooke and the other friendly lady at the reception desk.
