The staff is welcoming, gentle with the animals and knowledgable. I haven't had pets as an adult and I felt completely comfortable asking questions.
At a 4:30 pm appointment, 10 week old puppy was triple vaccinated and then had an emergency allergic reaction to the vaccines. We called right back at 4:55 as our puppy's face was blowing up like a balloon, and instead of saying "please come back, we're sorry and happy to help your dog," they did not want to stay past 5:00 to help their patient, who they had just caused this issue with and told us we had to travel 30 minutes north to Portsmouth Animal Hospital (where they confirmed it was the triple dose of vaccines - and wh... read more
Clean facility! Staff is very welcoming to both pets and owners! Clinicians are kind and very knowledgeable. They don’t keep you waiting long which makes the appointment much less stressful.
Very happy to have switched my dogs Healthcare to you guys.
I can't say enough good things about the care our cat receives here. They're awesome.
