At the beginning of this process, we were offered a tour of the facility and that came with detailed explanations of the process and ALOT of education. They even brought us to a home that was being built nearby to see progress and challenges to expect. We bought our cabin kit right as COVID hit and the whole process had many challenges. Was very rude on the phone. No customer service skills at all. She seemed annoyed that I asked if they did siding. Then hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
