Showed up early in the morning unannounced to do work we weren't aware of. Then they sent a $200 bill with a $20 admin fee. I had no idea any of this was being done and no idea I was being charged for it.
During one of the winter storms this past season. A tree fell on the power lines in front of my house. The lines weren't damaged. But the tree was blocking passage on my driveway. I called. I emailed. No response. I was reluctant to touch the tree but after 4 days and nothing from Merrimac Power and Light. I removed the tree. Did I really care about moving the tree? No!
