I was in the market for a pair of Ugg's, and I saw on the Ugg website that Merrill's is an authorized dealer. I'd never been there before, and it's too bad. The gentleman that helped me was amazingly nice and friendly. He had me try on the Ugg's and walk around because the most important thing to him, he said, was that I was happy with my purchase. Returned a pair of shoes to you for the correct size, that was over four months ago. I've been told it"s slow shipping on the manufacturers part. SLOW.........I could have made them myself by hand and delivered them via pony express by now! I want my shoes or my money back this is rediculous, no more excuses or I will get in touch with the mayor's office of consumer protection.or the Better business bureau.
