I was in the market for a pair of Ugg's, and I saw on the Ugg website that Merrill's is an authorized dealer. I'd never been there before, and it's too bad. The gentleman that helped me was amazingly nice and friendly. He had me try on the Ugg's and walk around because the most important thing to him, he said, was that I was happy with my purchase.
