The owner of this place is so disrespectful, would not tell me to my face that she wanted to charge me $2,000 for storage fees even though they were fixing my car! During the holiday season knowing it was going to take longer to fix. The front desk Gillian is very nice. After paying the fee I find out my air conditioner isn't working and of course they want money for that! If you're the owner reading this just know that $2,000 that was so important to you meant everything to me.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. car was towed from accident. Had my car sitting for 3 months in the cold. Could have ordered the parts to fix car but REFUSED. then I had to pay $2,000 for storage while they FIXED MY CAR. absolutely terrible. I am a single mother on top , lost my job for having no car , and MY AIR CONDITIONER IS BROKEN WITH A LEAK THEY WONT FIX IT AND ITS THERR FAULT !!! Gillian at front desk is sweet but owner is TERRIBLE ESPECIALLY WOMEN TO WOMEN I AM SO DISGUSTED . DO NOT GO HERE.
We had a phenomenal experience with Merrill’s yesterday. Our car was flooded over the weekend and was towed to their lot. The staff went out of their way to physically help us retrieve our belongings from the car and even disassembled our roofbox for us/helped us load it. They were supremely kind and supportive in what is a difficult time for our family. We are very grateful to them for their kindness and highly recommend them!
Car was broken down in Lawrenceville they said they would tow my car back up to East Brunswick so I was sitting waiting for then and then all of a sudden they "couldn't do it". Are you kidding me. What a horrible company this is outrageous
