Merrill Rural Fire Protection District is the best trained and best equipped agency in Klamath County, I had a fire on my property and they showed up with multiple pump units and 40+ men within 20 minutes off the fire starting. This multiple acre fire was extinguished with no injuries or loss of structures in less than two hours. This experience gives one an appreciation for our first responders that is hard to put into works. These guys are the very best.
