Jessica at the front desk was super welcoming right when I arrived. A few moments later, Amie greeted me and walked me back to start my comprehensive exam. They have state of the art equipment here to make sure she has a complete understanding of what is going on inside my mouth before she began cleaning. Dentist and assistant were knowledgeable. I liked how Dr. Phelps walked me through what was going to happen. He also gave instructions on how to care for my mouth, in the future. I like how clean the office is and how friendly the staff is. You get big smiles everytime you walk through that door. I wish it were easier to understand billing statements though. I just established with Merrill Ranch Family Dental one week ago... and I'm so glad I did! I'm a very nervous and anxious patient, however due to some dental issues I was having, I made the difficult decision and made an appointment.
