Jessica at the front desk was super welcoming right when I arrived. A few moments later, Amie greeted me and walked me back to start my comprehensive exam. They have state of the art equipment here to make sure she has a complete understanding of what is going on inside my mouth before she began cleaning. I had my first appointment since moving to Arizona and have to say I was impressed. Right away, Jessica greeted me in the front office and was very friendly. The dental assistant, (I believer her name was Kara?) did a great job in explaining how the visit would go and then took my x-rays. And I really liked the hygienist, Aimee. She was very professional while at the same time friendly. She explained everything and also did a great job cleaning my teeth. I hope I have her for my next visit. I highly recommend this place.
Today, was my first appointment with Merrill Ranch Dental, and I must say the staff were very cordial and professional during my appointment. The receptionist Jessica was most helpful in getting my appointment rescheduled after some confusion on my part. I had a first time routine visit and teeth cleaning. Great and easy online registration! Super friendly and efficient front desk personnel! Marcy was my Dental Hygienist, she was outstanding, friendly and I received a great teeth cleaning! Dr. Phelps was attentive and gave enough time to handle all my questions. Highly recommend Merrill Ranch Dental!
This dentist office is amazing! They treat my family and kids with so much love. They know us on a face to face basis. Ive stopped by without an appointment and they know me by my first name. I recently moved 2 and a half hours away and still refuse to change dentist offices. Great dentist office!
