We love Merrill Ranch Family Dental. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. In addition, they are thorough in their work. Few people enjoy their experiences at the dentist; however MRFD alleviates those fears and concerns. I highly recommend.
Greeted at the door by friendly people.Had a great dental hygienist She gave me helpful hints for an issue I have. The Dentist squeezed me in for a procedure before I have to fly out on vacation. The staff explained my insurance and what my bill would be. Love the hometown feel.
I have extreme dental anxiety but the entire team here made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. Even when I kept pushing and asking repetitive questions about my teeth health, Dr. Phelps kept answering my questions and reassuring me of treatment plans. My husband and I had our first visit today, and we were truly blown away by the level of care and attention to detail from the hygienist, as well as the outstanding customer service throughout the office. It’s rare to find a place where every person you interact with genuinely seems to enjoy being there. I went to Merrill Ranch Family Dental for a second opinion. The week prior, I had gone to a different dentist (Anytime Dental) for a teeth cleaning and shared that I had pain in a bottom, back tooth. They dismissed it as "it happens with crowns," and ignored it. With the pain getting worse, I contacted Merrill Ranch Family Dental and they were able to see me the morning of my call.
