Allow me to echo the poor reviews below: Do NOT rent here or any apartments owned by Jim Burton of Dalton Court LLC. Save yourself a world of headaches. The landlord was consistently in violation of his own lease agreement. I had maintenance requests outstanding for several months. As a result of his negligence, mold began to grow in my apartment.
