I did it Skyler!! I finished the Festival Foods Grand Dad 1/2 marathon. Remember my goal was to finish and be timed under 4 hours? Well I came in under 3, 2:52. It was great. 12 weeks of training and feet exercises 2 X a day. Walking my roads sure prepared me well. Thank you all so much for getting me to this point...have to figure out what is next.
