I have nothing but positive things to say about Merrill. My husband and I have been working with Rua for the past 6+ years.
I got the run around from them, pretty bad. They spent a couple of days saying I didn't have an account. Then they wouldn't let me withdrawal the money. The online options for help lead in circles which ended with messages saying accounts were ineligible and to contact a specific center then it didn't give contact information for that center. Apparently they are a wealth management company that does so poorly. They have to spend all of their effort tricking people into not taking their money out of their accounts
Took us 2 weeks to figure out our account and get our money out they where saying different things everytime i called. Completely horrible process. Never will i use this company
