This company call center keeps you on hold and transfers you 3-4 times. Be prepared to spend 2 hrs minimal on repeating yourself. They don't know how to spell. Sending a check of $27,000 with the incorrect spelling and calling back to get it fixed and spending another 3 hrs trying to get 1 letter fixed. I have memorized their process better than their own employees because I am on the phone for over 6 hrs total. I have nothing but positive things to say about Merrill. My husband and I have been working with Rua for the past 6+ years.
I got the run around from them, pretty bad. They spent a couple of days saying I didn't have an account. Then they wouldn't let me withdrawal the money. The online options for help lead in circles which ended with messages saying accounts were ineligible and to contact a specific center then it didn't give contact information for that center. Apparently they are a wealth management company that does so poorly. They have to spend all of their effort tricking people into not taking their money out of their accounts
