Transferred my advisor without my knowledge. Spent 2 days trying to find out who my advisor was and is. After encountering unanswered and confusing phone calls passing the buck I finally found said advisor. I'll give them the opportunity to regain my trust as I've been doing business with BOFA for 40 years. I am definitely considering doing business elsewhere
This organization is very suspicious. We are attempting to transfer money from our parents account over to our daughter and they have lost our paperwork 3 times. It seems like this organization wants us to either pay 10% to take it all out or just hope we forget about it and leave it there. This place is horrible.
