Merrill sucks. the customer service never answer the phone. They rejected my account transfer to other broker, without any explanation, and then closed my account without any explanation. My cash and stock positions just stay there and I can not touch! What wrong with Merrill??? How can the customer service so bad! Avoid this broker otherwise you will lose you control of you portofolio!
Edit: Management called me regarding my issue and sincerely apologized for their mistake. Shows this company actually cares!
Absolute worst financial management corporation I've ever dealt with. They made a mistake and wouldn't own up to it or provide help fixing it. Would not recommend
