So much for integration between bank and investment firms. I transferred funds on line from B of A to Merrill. The transaction didn’t go through so after a week I called. After being on hold for 50 minutes+ I spoke to a Merrill rep. While on hold I was reminded dozens of times that I could do on line banking. I explained what I did and the rep tried to do something different then proceeded to tell me that he needed to escalate it as he was unable to do it.
