The Thomas Group was very helpful and knowledgeable when posed with our investment and retirement questions. Their answers were quick and on point. They were not overzealous to sell us something that was not right for us. Would recommend this firm for any personal or business financial matters.
Previous leadership at this location, Steve Eubanks and Michael Lappin, were and still are true wealth management professionals. They left ML several years ago!? After today's experience with the new leadership, ML will have finally lost ALL my family's accounts! We'll be moving to a more professional, more customer satisfaction driven firm as fast as ML can process the paperwork...which, I expect, will not be very fast!!:-/
