My wife questioned out advisor on some matters. The advisor seemed to take it personal so she elevated the concerns to the next level of mgt. My wife asked if we could have our accounts given to another advisor. The manager told my wife we should just cancel our accounts with ML. So, challenge your advisor and they tell you to leave! Very unprofessional lack of customer support and service. You should think twice about asking ML to manage your money!
The lady who answers the phone has the personality of a shoebox, and they aren’t willing to help Merrill Lynch customers.
