Tammy Cole at the Tacoma office has been horrible managing my mother’s finances. She is controlling, rude, and unprofessional. She didn’t let her withdraw money when she asked to, her portfolio has lost value in the years she’s been there while the s&p has risen, and she threatened my mom with a bunch of ridiculous fees that were NOT in her contract when she wanted to move her money somewhere else or withdraw it for personal expenses. I started with inherited funds in a ML branch in Idaho; that branch sucked. Then I transferred all accounts to a ML branch in Federal Way; that branch was awesome. Then the Federal Way branch was merged with the Tacoma branch. (It is my understanding that almost all of the ML employees from the Federal Way branch quit shortly after the merger.)
