I had an unfortunate experience delivering a package to this location. I walked in, and nobody was in the front of the building. I waited by the front counter and Anna walked in to the building. She didn't look at me, and said she could take the package and walked away. When I asked her name, she rudely pointed at some sign on the table. I told her I needed a signature to verify, she slammed the package on the table in frustration. The package was not addressed to Anna, so I hope it is not damaged from that.
