It is very hard to get hold with them. Not a good business practice.
My wife had an IRA Merrill. We put it in a CD, 12 months later we found out Merrill did not put it in a CD They let $224,000 earn $22 For the year(who does that?) When we transferred the funds to our bank it took them over 2 weeks to accomplish that. This is not a company I would recommend investing with.

This is in reference to Jayne and Wolfgram: Terribly rude.The review Willis makes is wrong, unless they are only nice to men. Did not even make it to the first appointment. I was referred to this place by my springboard power of attorney (and now that relationship I question as bad advice coming here). We made small talk on the phone (we had an appointment scheduled, and after further consideration, I cancelled) and I shared my Madison "experiences", and my negative experiences were diminished by your supposed top advisor.
