Merrill Lynch was about the worst experience possible for me as a young investor trying to get into it. Number one, there is no email provided, so the only way to contact anybody is via phone. Of the numerous times that I have tried to do this, I was on hold for over an hour. Additionally, there is zero help when I did find myself talking to a representative.
