Walmart transferred stocks to this company and it is the absolute worst. I have been online and on calls for hours. For the last two days just trying to get into my account. When I finally talk to someone they tell me they do not do account access. They transfer me I’m on hold for an hour before the line disconnects. This has happened 7 times already TODAY. This is ridiculous. Fidelity was way better! I still do not have access to my account. And I am currently on hold again for that last 40 minutes. This feels like a scam. ... read more
