Still waiting on a two week old wire transfer Kyrsten Segura was supposed to file. Called multiple times and left messages. Almost seems like they're trying to make this as difficult as possible.
I have my previous retirement accounts with Merrill Lynch. I was contacted that I needed to update my contact information. I did that. However, when my name changed, they did not update one of my accounts. Therefore my contact info updates did not go through and my retirement account was closed at my penalty. When I contacted them and asked them to correct their error, they refused.
