EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ: I've been trying for over a week to get my funds out of my Merrill Lynch account wired to close escrow. The whole week Christopher Godbey ignored my request from me and from Bank of America. Due to Christopher neglect I missed having my funds wired to close escrow on Thursday. Merrill Lynch has been good for my investments. I want to make a suggestion, please keep your West Coast wealth management offices open until 5 PM PST. At least keep one person there in case a client needs to drop off checks. I understand the stock market closes on the East Coast at 5pm EST, but you’re not servicing people in other time zones.
