I paid off a judgement back in 2014. Now, without any notice by the firm or the courts they started a new garnishment. They are using the old judgement/case and adding new charges and calling it "After post judgement costs, fees and payments". How they are getting away with doing this to people who paid the debt in full two years ago is unbelievable and should be illegal! The receptionist is rude, uninformed and not helpful at all. We rented our home in Utah under Belden Real Estate Management. What we discovered when the tenant moved out was damage in the $1,000.00s. We worked with this property manager and his team to get the home back into shape to re-rent. The tenant moved out at the end of January and by mid April the home was still filthy and in bad shape.
