Beware and always inspect the property you are renting from these people and take good pictures. Our family had a lovely time at the Twitchell Lake Lodge until it was time to recoup our damage deposit. Nicole and her cleaning crew misrepresented the condition of the property when we left and damages that were done by previous renters. They are falsely accusing us of damage that was clearly caused prior to us ever stepping on the property.
