My mom fully enjoyed her time at Merrill Gardens. She had a wonderful community of residents, staff & medical providers. The staff is professional, sincere, caring & go the extra mile for each resident & their families. The place is very welcoming, clean, smells good & feels like a very nice hotel. My mom loved her delicious breakfasts in particular, fresh baked goods & fresh fruit cups. We just attended the Thanksgiving gathering/dinner at Merrill Gardens yesterday. It was fun, festive and the food was fantastic. All the staff from the top down are on hand greeting people when they walk in, serving, and circulating saying hello to the residents and their families. I can’t say enough positives about this place. It was one year ago that our family was searching for a new home for my sister. I am so glad we/she landed at Merrill Gardens!
Merrill Gardens is truly a gift to seniors. I’ve volunteered at this community for several years, and every time I visit, I’m reminded of how special it is. The residents often share that their biggest “challenge” is choosing which of the many activities and events to attend…there’s always something fun and engaging happening! The food is delicious, too. This community hosted South End Coalition this month and did a fabulous job! The breakfast was wonderful, perfect sized room, all the staff were welcoming and went the extra mile some coming in as early as 4am to prep for us. So appreciated!
A great place with friendly staff! Great food!
