Merrill Gardens is lovely unless one actually needs the assisted living that they advertise. We had hoped that our parent would be able to end their days there, but Merrill Gardens is unwilling to provide the care they advertise and that is listed on the contract we signed. Furthermore, their head nurse is really unfit for dealing with the slightest problem and should really find employment where she doesn't have to deal with people.
